Turbine launches ELEVATE

During a late afternoon in September 2025, Turbine unveiled its newest initiative: ELEVATE, a bold programme designed to ignite innovation among entrepreneurs and within organisations.

For nearly ten years, Turbine has been at the heart of Mauritius’ entrepreneurial ecosystem. Since its creation, it has guided more than 150 entrepreneurs through the challenges of launching and scaling a business. Along the way, it has built up a wealth of knowledge on what it takes to turn ideas into impact.

Now, this expertise is being channelled into a new mission: empowering corporate innovators to think and act like entrepreneurs inside their organisations, while providing entrepreneurs themselves with fresh tools to sharpen their ideas and skillsets. The belief is simple yet powerful: the mindset that helps start-ups thrive can transform established companies too.

In his speech during the launch of ELEVATE, Gilbert Espitalier-Noël, Group CEO of ER Group, captured it in a single thought:

“At every level, we need someone who has the drive and the skill to take action like an entrepreneur.”

The launch of ELEVATE comes at a crucial time. Organisations everywhere face constant disruption, and the ability to adapt is no longer optional; it is essential. Through this programme, Turbine invites professionals to bring new ideas to life, tackle challenges creatively, and generate lasting impact from within.
