Formed in 2025 through the strategic merger of ENL and Rogers, ER builds on the trust, credibility, and recognition earned over 200 years of combined history, marked by a strong contribution to Mauritius’ economic and social development.

ER owns 39% of the diversified business group, Eclosia. Born in 1966 as a pioneer in poultry production, Eclosia is a privately owned company in Mauritius that is active in food, retail, hospitality, packaging and recycling, logistics, and education, with over 20 companies and 4,000 employees.
Semaris owns and develops the non-hotel real estate assets formerly owned by New Mauritius Hotels Limited, with the principal objective of unlocking value from the available land bank located in Seychelles, Morocco and Mauritius. ER holds 38% of this luxury residential real estate developer.
ER holds 29% of Swan General and 20% of Swan Financial Solutions, a leading financial solutions provider in Mauritius, established in 1855. Swan is a Stock Exchange of Mauritius listed company providing services in insurance, investment, pension management, wealth management and securities trading.
ER holds 47% of FRCI, one of Mauritius' leading consultancies in IT development, implementation and operations. Initially founded as an IT training provider, FRCI quickly grew into a multifaceted IT services provider, working with clients from across the globe.
ER holds 45% of Superdist Ltd, a leading IT distributor with over two decades of experience. Operating since 1998, they have served more than 300 business partners across Africa and the Indian Ocean, including resellers, system integrators, and retailers.
