Corporate governance and ethics

Our Code of Ethics guides the operations of our various businesses, with strict adherence to regulatory compliance and our commitment to business excellence.

In addition to statutory bodies and committees that ensure sound governance practices, we have formulated several policies that provide a robust framework for building a world-class organisation and a workplace where employees from ENL & Rogers are valued and encouraged to contribute to sustainable growth.

At ER, we shape long-term value through corporate governance that prioritises empowerment, accountability, and integrity, beyond compliance.

Governance structure

ER is governed and managed by a professional Board of Directors comprising members of proven credentials and domain expertise. The positions of Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer are separate as per the group's Governance Policy.
