ER Ignite Awards: the teams putting ER Group's strategy into action

Across ER Group, teams are building, improving and transforming the way we operate. New ideas take shape, partnerships strengthen, and initiatives move the Group closer to its long-term ambitions. The ER Ignite Awards shine a light on these achievements and the teams behind them.

This new initiative celebrates the projects that create meaningful impact across the Group and contribute to its strategic roadmap. It recognises the teams who push boundaries, strengthen collaboration and turn strategy into action.

On 2 October, at the Moka Rangers Sports Club, ER Group held the first edition of the ER Ignite Awards. 99 projects were submitted, with 23 reaching the final. Eight projects were recognised by the jury.

A first edition, one year after the merger

The ER Ignite Awards are part of the Group's new strategic roadmap. They come a little over a year after ENL and Rogers merged to form ER Group. For the Group, they offer a concrete measure of how its teams are turning shared priorities into initiatives.

Celebrating what teams achieve together shapes our culture, because every one of these initiatives starts as a team story. Through the ER Ignite Awards, we are building a culture of high standards and ambition, and setting a shared benchmark for excellence and innovation. The ER Ignite Awards will become an annual event, giving teams across the Group an opportunity to showcase initiatives that support the Group's strategy and contribute to its continued progress.
