Support warehouse and logistics operations while ensuring inventory accuracy, productivity, and smooth operational flow.

•Assist in the daily coordination of warehouse and logistics operations.

•Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

•Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of goods.

•Support compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures.

•Ensure that daily/Weekly  planning is conducted for better productivity

•Setting of clear performance benchmarks for team and monitor key metrics.

•Prepare operational reports and assist in stock audits.

•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

•Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.

•Lead onboarding, continuous training and upskilling initiatives for the team.

•Act as a culture champion by promoting collaboration, agility and Responsibility.

•Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

•Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field

•At least 2 years experience in the  Logistics sector.

•Strong organizational and time management skills.

•Good communication and interpersonal abilities

•Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Well versed with Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

•Should be creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.

•Possess a valid driving license.
