This role includes inventory control, supply distribution, database maintenance, stock monitoring, report preparation, and ensuring efficient storekeeping operations in line with organizational objectives.

• Process postings, supplies receipt, and distribution activities.
• Carry out inventory and stock control operations.
• Maintain and update the automated supply inventory database.
• Update records relating to materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Generate inventory reports to monitor and verify stock levels.
• Determine re-order levels, stock movement, and usage rates.
• Ensure timely delivery of parts and consumables.
• Process documentation accurately and within deadlines.
• Ensure that objectives set by Management are achieved.
• Prepare and submit regular reports including analysis and recommendations.

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of inventory and stock control procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems/databases.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in stores, warehouse, or supply chain operations would be an advantage.
