Overview
This role involves preparing and following up on customer quotations while efficiently handling client inquiries and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery. It also supports sales activities by identifying potential leads, promoting company services at profitable rates, and assisting with account management and credit approval processes.
Your role
- Issue and review quotations based on customer requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on quotations daily.
- Respond to customer queries via walk-in, phone, fax, and email.
- Liaise with Customs Clearing Department for quotation processing.
- Forward sales leads to the Sales Department.
- Promote and sell company services at profitable rates.
- Coordinate with Accounts for credit facilities and approvals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Your profile
- Diploma or Degree desired in Sales or Logistics.
- At least 2 years experience in similar position in Logistics sector.
- Well versed with Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player, dynamic, good personality with a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
- Ready to work at odd hours.
- Should be creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
- Possess a valid driving license.
