Helios eyewear is looking for a dynamic sales representative for its new shop in Grand Baie. 

• Present and demonstrate products, clearly communicating values of the brand.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Handle inventory of the shop efficiently and follow up stock regularly.
• Ensure that all products are properly displayed and clean.
• Ensure that invoicing is done properly.
• The shop should be kept clean at all times.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through timely follow-up of complaints and repairs and provide a responsive service.
• Ensure follow up of customized customer orders with concerned departments.
• Participate in promotional activities/events as and when required.
• Any other cognate duties.

Qualifications and Experience

• HSC
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, business development or customer service.
• Experience using a customer relationship management system and standard productivity software.
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel may be required for field-based roles.

• Abitity to work on a shift system.
