Overview

Agrïa is looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to join our team in a hybrid role combining commercial support, operational supervision, and project assistance.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, continuous learning, and direct interaction with both customers and internal teams.

Your role

1. Commercial Support (Approx. 33%)

  • Conduct regular customer visits (approximately 6 times per year per chef) to maintain strong relationships with hotel and restaurant clients.
  • Understand each client’s needs, menu changes, purchasing patterns, and feedback on product quality.
  • Promote new products, seasonal offerings, and special promotions.
  • Ensure consistent communication with chefs through calls, emails, and messaging.
  • Collect and document customer insights to support product development and sales strategy.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.

2. Internal Workshop & Garage Supervision (Approx. 33%)

  • Support the management of the internal garage/workshop operations.
  • Set up and improve operational strategies, workflows, and control points.
  • Ensure that teams follow procedures and safety standards (without direct day‑to‑day micromanagement).
  • Monitor maintenance schedules, equipment organisation, and productivity benchmarks.
  • Report operational performance to management and propose improvements.

3. Project Assistance (Approx. 33%)

  • Assist the Project Development Manager with ongoing and new initiatives.
  • Help coordinate project plans, timelines, and follow-up actions.
  • Support cross-functional tasks across the meat production unit and garage operations.
  • Participate in analysis, planning, and execution of strategic improvement projects.
Your profile
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with chefs and operational teams.
  • Good organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles is an advantage, but training will be provided.
  • Valid driving license (for client visits).
