Sales Executive - MICE & Events

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for developing commercial opportunities and managing client relationships across the full portfolio of leisure and events offerings within ER Hospitality. You will also act as the ambassador for key sites - Case Noyale, Le Chamarel Restaurant, and Bel Ombre Nature Reserve - ensuring strong visibility and driving sales performance across these locations.

Your role
  • Proactively identify and develop new MICE and event business opportunities across the portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including DMCs, hotels, concierges, and corporate clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support commercial decision-making
  • Track sales performance, manage pipelines, and report on KPIs
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive targeted campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers
  • Drive revenue growth across designated venues (Case Noyale, Chamarel, Bel Ombre)
  • Act as the main point of contact and ambassador for these key sites
  • Enhance visibility through proactive sales initiatives, partnerships, and regular site visits
  • Organise and host site inspections, educational tours, and familiarisation trips
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and accurate reporting
  • Work closely with Operations and Marketing to align on positioning, pricing, and guest experience
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of MICE and corporate clients
  • Understand client needs and develop tailored event proposals
  • Prepare end-to-end proposals including logistics, catering, staffing, and budgets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Oversee on-site delivery and act as the main client contact during events
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, reporting, and follow-ups to support continuous improvement and client retention
Your profile
  • Proven experience in sales, events, or hospitality (MICE experience is a plus)
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable working with reporting tools and CRM systems
