We are looking for a trainee to join our Quality Department based at the Head Office in Mapou, for a period of 6 months.

In this role, you will be responsible to assist the Quality Team on several projects.

• Update the existing Veranda Resorts Departmental SOPs:
• Review current SOPs by making necessary updates to reflect current practices
• Help in the implementation of process and sub process
• Assist in the creating of Veranda Resorts Standard Book.
• Assist Operation Manager for creation of the standard book
• Assist in the follow of corrective action
• Create corrective action 
• Follow-up on process improvement plan
• Assist in the standardisation of Veranda Resorts collaterals and other documents:
• Review existing documents for consistency
• Work to standardize formatting and content
• Assist Quality team in internal audit 
• Supporting the implementation and follow-up of HACCP certification requirements
• Assisting in the monitoring and closure of corrective action plans
• Contributing to the update and development of the Buffet Standard Manual

• Fluent in English & French
• Valid driving license with car
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer Literate
• Can join immediately
