Overview

We are looking for an Personal Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer of Agrïa. This is a senior administrative role requiring discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.

 

Your role
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, prepare, and process a variety of documents, including correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, and statistical reports.
  • Screen calls, manage enquiries, and handle communications professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate Board meetings and executive meetings, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Organise meeting facilities, catering, seating arrangements, and related administrative requirements.
  • Review incoming correspondence, determine priorities, and direct matters appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and well-organised filing and record management systems.
  • Monitor office supply requirements and prepare purchase requisitions when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Finance Officer and Project Development Manager as required.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer
Your profile
  • Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Fully computer literate (MS Word, excel and PowerPoint).
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professional maturity.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
