We're looking for a hands-on Outlet Supervisor to join the team of our exciting new Indoor Trampoline & Adventure Park at Bagatelle Mall.

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day running of our food & beverage outlet (front and back of house). You'll make sure every guest is welcomed warmly and served quickly, that standards, safety and hygiene never slip, and that the outlet plays its full part in the park's commercial performance. Your mission: turn a great bounce into a great day out, one visit at a time.

Guest Experience & Service

•  Set the tone on the floor — make every guest feel welcome and make sure they receive excellent service and a memorable experience.

•  Attend to special requests and add those extra touches for birthdays, parties and special occasions.

•  Keep guests informed with relevant, up-to-date information on the outlet and the park.

•  Handle complaints and issues calmly and promptly, escalating anything unusual to your manager straight away.

•  Gather and act on customer feedback, using staff evaluations and guest comments to keep improving the experience.

Outlet Operations

•  Oversee all front and back of house operations, stepping in wherever the outlet needs you — including cleaning and set-up duties.

•  Make sure administration procedures are followed to the letter, including section key procedures and full shift handovers.

•  Operate and manage the POS, handle all bill payments and complete cash-up in line with cash handling procedures.

•  Support quality control on all food served, and uphold health code compliance and sanitation standards.

•  Keep your manager informed of anything unusual or any plans affecting your area.

Commercial Performance

•  Be proactive in maximising sales and generating revenue, and champion upselling across the team.

•  Seek out ways to cut waste and reduce operational costs, making efficient use of materials and equipment.

•  Help produce weekly, monthly and annual reports, and support the daily and monthly objectives review meetings.

•  Bring new ideas to the table for service and product improvements.

People & Team

•  Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing training, taking part in training yourself and putting it into practice.

•  Communicate clearly with the team and make sure grooming and presentation meet outlet standards at all times.

•  Support other sections of the business as and when required.

Sustainability

•  Play your part in the eco and sustainable responsibility standards set by the outlet, including energy and water saving.

•  Comply with all sustainability commitments and practices implemented within the business unit.

• A diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

•  At least 2–3 years' experience in a food & beverage outlet, with some of that at team leader or supervisory level.

•  A genuine guest-first mentality — you understand that every interaction matters.

•  Confident leading and motivating a young, fast-moving team on a busy floor.

•  Commercially aware, comfortable with sales targets, cash handling and basic reporting.

•  Solid knowledge of food hygiene, health & safety standards and best practices.

•  A good level of spoken French and English (bilingual environment).

•  Basic IT skills and confidence using a POS and operational management platforms.

•  Energy, resilience and a positive attitude — this is a physical, fast-paced role, including weekends, public holidays and school holidays, and you love it.
