Overview
Grewals is looking for an Indoor Sales Representative to act as a front liner representative in presenting and selling the product and services of the Company to customer.
Your role
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers.
- Ensure that the quality of service provided from pre-sale to post sale is at the highest level with a view to build clientele and promote the company’s image.
- Issue quotations and invoices to activate and maintain contract services.
- Handle all requests, claims and complaints; resolve issue in a quick and efficient manner and follow up to ensure the customers’ satisfaction.
- Any other duties that the management of the company considers to be appropriate.
Your profile
- HSC and/or certificate in Sales
- 3-5 years work experience in the Sales and Marketing sector.
- Experience in Iron Sheet and/or construction industry will constitute an advantage.
- Dynamic, motivated, pleasant, extrovert personality, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented with an efficient and business-like approach.
- Computer literate and highly proficient in written and spoken English and French.
- Good administration, interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a high level of integrity.
- Any combination of education and experience.
