Overview
Velogic is recruiting a Human Resources Coordinator.
Your role
- Involve actively in the Recruitment & Induction process.
- Facilitate new hire orientations, ensuring smooth transitions into the company.
- Handle the Industrial relations / Grievances and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Process Payroll, monitor attendance and leave management.
- Compile HR metrics and payroll summaries.
- Handle employee welfare and benefits.
- Assist in the performance management processes.
- Support in the organisation of training programs.
- Ensure proper follow-up of Trainees.
- Process the day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Provide support to the HR Team of other business units.
- Any other cognate duties.
Your profile
- Degree or Diploma in HR and minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Strong IT Skills and well-versed in HR Systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
- Strong personality with a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work with minimum supervision.
- Should be a team player, creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
- A valid driving license (motorcycle or car) will be an advantage.
