Superdist is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager who will lead and manage all aspects of the human resources function, while also ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong operational capabilities, capable of supporting both organisational development and workplace wellbeing.

Human Resources Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
- Advise management on HR best practices and employment law.
- Handle disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution in a fair and compliant manner.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Foster a positive work culture and drive employee engagement.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics (turnover rates, absenteeism, training hours, etc.)
Health & Safety Management
- Develop, implement, and regularly review the company’s Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws and standards.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Organise and deliver safety training and awareness programs.
- Serve as the point of contact for all workplace matters.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in an HR managerial role
- Strong knowledge of labour law and HSE regulations.
- Experience in the IT sector is a plus.
