We're looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join the team of our exciting new Indoor Trampoline & Adventure Park at Bagatelle Mall. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take the lead on shift ; owning the day-to-day operational and commercial success of the park, championing the safety and wellbeing of guests and team members, and ensuring every visitor leaves with an unforgettable experience

Operational & Commercial Delivery

• Follow all opening and closing operational directives and daily, weekly and monthly objectives in line with the operational platform.
• Deliver accurate cash management summaries on every shift.
• Manage on-shift presentational standards, taking prompt action on any shortcomings and escalating recurring issues to the Operations or General Manager.
• Handle maintenance issues efficiently through the correct operational systems, ensuring nothing disrupts the guest experience.
• Deploy and rotate the team effectively across each shift, managing break schedules and allocated duties.

Health, Safety & Incident Management

• Make the health, safety and wellbeing of guests and team members your absolute priority, maintaining rigorous adherence to all health & safety standards and standard operating procedures at all times.
• Manage accidents, incidents and untoward occurrences in-the-moment with confidence, escalating to the Operations or General Manager as needed, and maintaining detailed records including date, timeline, actions taken, photos and witness statements.

People, Guest Experience & Community

• Support the Operations Manager and General Manager in all HR-related matters, ensuring full compliance with company HR policies; connect with every team member on each of your shifts.
• Drive a fun, energetic and exciting park atmosphere, inspiring the team to deliver unforgettable experiences for every guest, every visit.

Party Hosting

• Oversee the smooth and punctual check-in of birthday parties, ensuring guests are welcomed with warmth, energy and professionalism, and that all party guests have the correct socks and wristbands.
• Keep party parents and guardians fully informed throughout, so every child's special day runs seamlessly and without surprises.
• Ensure all party presents, cakes and party items are kept safe and secure throughout the event.
• Host and support birthday parties in line with the employee handbook and party host regulations, stepping in wherever needed to make every birthday truly special.

• At least 3 years' proven experience at management or supervisory level within a fast-paced leisure, hospitality or entertainment environment.
• A degree in Tourism, Leisure Management, Hospitality or Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong leadership presence, you're visible, approachable and set the tone for your team every shift.
• Excellent guest service instincts,  you know that every interaction counts and act accordingly.
• Solid understanding of health & safety standards and the confidence to act decisively when incidents occur.
• A good level of spoken French and English.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic operational reporting.
• Genuine enthusiasm for creating a fun, inclusive and memorable environment
