Overview

We are looking for a Communication Specialist to join the ER Group Management Office Services.

In this role, you will help strengthen the Group’s visibility and reputation by leading impactful communication projects, delivering memorable corporate events, and crafting engaging content that reflects our purpose and strategic priorities.

Your role

Project Management

  • Act as a trusted communication partner for departments, providing tailored strategic support that creates measurable value.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of communication projects (from initial brief to final execution) with a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and impact.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate internal teams, subsidiaries, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Prepare and manage project-specific budgets, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and optimal resource use.

 

Event Management

  • Plan and deliver corporate events that reflect the Group’s vision, purpose, and brand identity.
  • Oversee logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement before, during, and after events.
  • Manage event budgets and collaborate with suppliers and service providers to ensure seamless execution.

 

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop clear, compelling, and consistent content for internal and external audiences, including articles, press materials, newsletters, social media posts, and multimedia assets.
  • Oversee the creation of visual and digital content, such as videos, graphic designs, and publications, ensuring brand coherence across all communication channels.

 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with subsidiaries and business stakeholders to source stories, materials, and insights that showcase the Group’s initiatives and impact.
  • Work closely with designers, videographers, and agencies to produce high-quality creative deliverables.
Your profile
  • Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years’ experience in communication, PR, or content creation.
  • Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills in both English and French.
  • Proven ability to manage communication projects and budgets with rigor and creativity.
  • A collaborative, people-oriented, and proactive mindset.
  • Purpose-driven and aligned with values of sustainability, diversity, and inclusive development.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of digital communication tools and social media platforms.
