Lead the people strategy at Axess, aligning talent, culture and organisational development with business objectives while shaping an environment where team members grow, excel and thrive.

• Act as a strategic partner, providing people solutions for the business.
• Assist the leadership team on all HR and Industrial Relations matters.
• Lead the People & Culture, Health & Safety and Facilities teams.
• Drive effective talent acquisition and talent management practices.
• Enhance employee engagement and curate the employee experience.
• Coach and develop employees towards a performance-oriented culture.
• Build, promote and sustain a clear and compelling Employer Brand.
• Implement key HR policies and, practices in line with ER Group standards.

• Postgraduate qualification in Management, HR or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience at senior management level in human resources.
• Sound knowledge of Labour laws and Industrial Relations in Mauritius.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and influencing skills.
• Proven track record in organisation development and culture building.
• High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to act as a coach.
• Digitally savvy, with experience of leveraging HR technology and AI.
