Manages daily Accounts Receivable activities by tracking customer payments, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate records, resolving billing issues, supporting audits, and supervising junior staff.

• Oversee day to day Accounts Receivable Operations for logistics, freight, transport, UPS and warehousing services.
• Monitor and follow up on Outstanding Customer balances and ensure timely collections.
• Resolve issues with customer and internal team.
• Allocate receipts and maintain accurate debtor balances.
• Support audits and respond to financial queries.
• Prepare cash flow forecasting.
• Reconcile customer statements and maintain aging reports.
• Guide Junior Staff in day to day operations.
• To check Creation of debtor code if well uploaded on system for team.

• Higher School Certificate with Accounting and Mathematics.
• ACCA Level 1.
• 3 years working experience in a similar post.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Well-versed with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Accounting software.
• Strong personality with excellent communication skills in both English and French.
• Should be creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
