This role focuses on managing foreign treasury activities, including monitoring accounts, ensuring timely payments and recoveries, and preparing cash flow forecasts. It also involves reviewing intercompany balances, preparing journals and payment vouchers, and supporting daily departmental operations.

• Monitor the Foreign Treasury Accounts .
• Ensure timely recovery from foreign agents.
• Preparation of cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure timely payment to foreign suppliers.
• Review overseas sister companies receivable & payable accounts.
• Prepare Journal & Payment voucher.
• Assist Team Leader or Supervisor in the day-to-day running of the department.
• Any other cognate duties

• HSC with  Accounting & Mathematics.
• 1 year working experience in a similar position.
• Well-versed with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Strong personality with excellent communication skills in both English and French.
• Should be team player, creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
• Able to prioritize and work on own initiative.
• Ability to meet monthly deadlines.
