We are looking for a Culture & Inclusion Program Specialist to join our team and help us drive meaningful change across ER Group. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Chief Culture & Inclusion Executive to support and execute diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, coordinate programs, and foster a culture where all employees can thrive. 

• Support and execute C&I initiatives from planning through to rollout, tracking, and evaluation
• Organise and co-facilitate workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns that promote inclusive practices
• Build strong relationships with ER employees to champion inclusion efforts
• Collect and analyse data to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead reporting processes and share actionable insights with leadership to shape future initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Diversity & Inclusion, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in diversity & inclusion, program management, or organisational development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs from initiation to completion.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate learning sessions and present to a wide range of audiences.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
