• Program & Event Support: Coordinate logistics for C&I programs, events, and workshops to ensure seamless execution.
• Data Management: Collect, organize, and prepare reports to support program evaluation and strategic decisions.
• Administrative Assistance: Provide daily operational and administrative support to the C&I team.
• Strategic Exposure: Participate in initiatives that deepen your understanding of C&I frameworks and best practices.
• Documentation & Coordination: Maintain program documentation, manage schedules, and coordinate team communications.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Support communications and coordinate activities across various teams and employee groups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR, diversity & inclusion, or nonprofit program coordination.
• Background in event planning or logistics management.
• Knowledge of data collection and basic analysis.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Understanding of D&I principles and practices.
